HOW DO I LODGE A RETURN

RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 10 days of lodging your return via the portal.

All returns are processed within 24 hours of being received.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from marks or odours
  • Free from pet hair

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available on all full-price items.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please lodge a return via the portal and upload photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement for you.

 

POSTAGE

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

  • If you selected “Free Returns + Package Protection” at checkout, your return shipping is free
  • If not, you can still return your item, but you will need to cover the return postage cost

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed
  • If needed, please return your order after delivery via the returns portal
