Need to Return?
RETURNS POLICY:
You can return most of our products (please see the list below) if you make sure the garment is returned:
- In the original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn, soiled or washed in any way
Full Price: Return for a refund or store credit or and exchange.
Sale / Promotional: Store Credit only. Refunds are not given for a change of mind.
Bundle 2 for Offers - Return for a store credit or an exchange
Final Sale: No returns or exchanges issued for a change of mind.
Exchange: You can exchange on all full price items.
Faulty Garments: In the unlikely event this happens we will send you a new garment or offer a full refund.
Please note once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. The order will be sent and then you will need to return it.
POSTAGE:
Do I need to pay for the return postage?
Yes. We do not cover the cost of returning parcels.
HOW DO I LODGE A RETURN:
Please email customerservice@dharmabums.com.au who will organize your return.
EXCHANGE POLICY
For exchanges we issue a stores credit along with a shipping code for standard shipping once we receive your parcel. You can then decide your exchange item.
FAULTY GARMENTS:
Our garments are made to the highest standards. However, if you have any issue with a faulty or damages item please email

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Refunds: Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
Store Credits: Will be Issued and emailed to you as soon as your return has been finalized. Please check your SPAM folder if it does not appear.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON A GIFT CARD?
If you have purchased on a gift card the credit will be made back to the gift card.
