Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Full Price Items: Eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Sale Items: Eligible for a return in the form of a gift card.

Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned. These items will be tagged with the message: "This item is Final Sale and cannot be returned."

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition, with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear
  • Free from pet hair
How long do I have to return an item?

Please notify us within 10 days of receiving the item, and return it within 21 days.

Can I return sale items or items purchased with a discount code?

Yes, unless the product was marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase. These items can be returned for a gift card.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Your invoice contains a QR code. Scan the code to be taken to our Returns Portal. Alternatively, contact us at customerservice@dharmabums.com.au to begin the return or exchange process.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, you have to pay for returns shipping unless you purchased "Free Returns and Shipping Protection" when you placed your order.

How long will it take to process my exchange or refund?

Please allow 7-10 days from the point of return. Be sure to keep your return tracking number safe, as providing this can help us expedite your processing time.

Promotions and Discounts

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the gift card box at checkout and hit "Apply." Please note, discount codes cannot be used on sale or discounted items.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?
