Ordering

What are my payment options?

Online we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,PayPal, Apple Pay, Zip Pay
and After Pay. We do not accept cheques or cash.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?

Yes, during normal trading periods we can accommodate changes to orders however during SALE periods once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or added to.

Is my order subject to any duties and taxes?

If you are shopping outside of Australia, your order may be subject to duties and taxes. This varies country by country and you will need to check the import tar-iffs for your country.

How do I redeem my gift card?

You can redeem your Gift Card at checkout by applying the Gift Card number in the box that says, “Gift Card or discount code”. All Gift Cards expire 12 months from date of issue.

How do I use my Instructor Discount?

Once approved simply enter the teacher discount code at checkout. Teacher discounts apply to full price products only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

What happens if Pre-order items are included in my order

If you have ordered other garments along with your pre-order, please note all items will be sent together once the Pre-order arrives. Please allow for this.

Delivery

When can I expect to receive my order?

During a normal week, as soon as your order is received, our team will dispatch your goods within 24 hours.

Because our sales are so popular, it can sometimes lead to delays. While our team works hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please allow an extra 5 days for dispatch during sale periods. We apologise for any inconvenience, but hope it’s worth the wait!

Australian delivery during Covid

For deliveries within Australia, allow:
7-10 days for standard domestic orders, and 3-5 working day for express domestic orders.

International delivery
For deliveries outside of Australia, transit times will vary from country to country. Find out more information about your local transit times here.

Who will deliver my Dharma Bums?

We use several couriers for deliveries within Australia Australian including Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex. For international orders we use DHL Ecommerce or DHL Express.

When will my order be dispatched if I have pre-order items in my order

If you have included pre-order items in your order the order will be dispatched when all items are available to be sent together. Please allow for this.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Full Price: Return for a refund or store credit

Sale / Promotional: Store Credit only. This includes the "Any 2 Leggings" offer and the "Any 3 Tees" offer

Final Sale: No returns

Exchange: A store credit will be issued

All returned items must be returned in the original condition and include all tags. We cannot refund on any garments that have makeup or tan marks on them.

How do I return my purchase?

1. Make sure the tags are included with the product.

2. On your Dharma Bums invoice clearly mark whether you are requesting a Re-fund, Exchange or Credit Note

3. Package the product, tags and invoice into a postage or courier bag (we recommend registered post for the safest delivery). Please email customerservice@dharmabums.com.au and request the latest return address.

How long do refunds take to process?

For orders shipped within Australia, refunds are offered on full priced items returned with 15 days only.

For orders shipped Internationally, refunds are offered on full priced items returned with 30 days only.

Allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed from the date we receive your re-turn.

How will I know when I have been refunded?

You will receive an email letting you know your refund has been processed

Can I get a refund if I use my Instructor Discount?

Yes, you can get a full refund.

I have received a gift; can I return it?

Refunds can only be processed on the credit or debit card that was used to make the purchase. To receive a refund on a gift, you will need to ask the gift giver to return it on your behalf.

What do I do if something is wrong with my order?

What size do I buy if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes we recommend moving up a size to get a better fit and comfort level.

How do I care for my Dharma Bums?

All Dharma Bums product has a care label on the inside of the garment. In general we recommend the following guidelines for taking the best care of our technical fabrics:

Wash in cold water with a standard washing detergent.

Do not use fabric conditioner because it clogs the pores and stops the fabric from wicking the sweat away.

Dry in the shade. Direct sunlight will degrade the fabric over time.

Avoid tumble drying to avoid pilling.

Where are Dharma Bums products made?

We design our range in our Freshwater headquarters, on the East Coast of Aus-tralia. We manufacture the product in Australia and Asia.

Can I purchase a Gift Card?

Yes! Visit the Gift Card page to make a purchase

CAN I USE MY 15% OFF SIGN UP DISCOUNT ON SALE ITEMS?

Your new customer 15% off sign up discount can only be used on full priced items. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.


Do you give discounts to people who work in the fitness industry?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount on all full price product for professional fitness instructors and yoga teachers who have earned a qualification certificate. To find out more about our Instructor Dis-count follow the link here.
