Dharma Bums uses the following providers to ensure the best possible delivery services are available to our customers

• Australia Post for shipping within Australia
• DHL eCommerce for Standard International orders
• DHL Express Courier Service for Express International orders

Postage varies according to the designated delivery addresses.

All prices are in AUD. 

Except during sale periods, orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be placed the next business day.

During sale periods please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

Domestic

COVID-19 UPDATE: All domestic shipments are being processed as normal but with slight delays due to Australia Post backlogs. Signatures will not be required on domestic deliveries.

International - Standard

COVID-19 UPDATE: Please allow an extra 15 business days on all quoted times for international shipments due to the delays in the global postal system.

Dharma Bums uses DHL eCommerce  for international orders. DHL uses its extensive international network to ship items to the destination country. Once in the destination country the local postal service is used for delivery to final address.

USA and Singapore

COVID-19 UPDATE: DHL Express are delivering as normal to all destinations. Some delays can be expected due to reduced international airline capacity.

All shipment to USA and Sinapore are sent by DHL Express. DHL Express is a door-to-door courier service. Orders to Singapore take 1-2 business days from the point of dispatch. Orders to the USA can be expected to take 2-3 business days from the point of dispatch. There is a flat fee of $20.00 and FREE SHIPPING is available on international orders over $150. To qualify for free shipping the order price must be over $150 AFTER discounts have been applied. 

Rest of World

There is a flat fee of $15.00 for all international orders. FREE SHIPPING is available on international orders over $150. To qualify for free shipping the order price must be over $150 AFTER discounts have been applied.

International - DHL Express Courier Service

Dharma Bums uses DHL Express for express international orders, charged at a flat rate of $35 per order to most countries except the USA and Singapore where a flat rate of $20 is charged . DHL Express is a door-to-door courier service and can be expected to take 3-5 days business days from the point of dispatch. Please note that orders received after 2:30pm Sydney time will be dispatched the following business day. DHL Express is available to the follwing countries:

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry to international countries outside of Australia. Dharma Bums takes every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but does not take responsibility for any delays or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Please ensure you are informed on what these could be on your purchase.  

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of payment being authorized. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit. We do not deliver on public holidays.

Returns policy for products purchased online

We want our customers to love every purchase they make from Dharma Bums. If you are not 100% happy when you receive your order simply return it in the condition you receive it and we will offer you an exchange or refund no questions asked! See below for further details.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

1. Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for domestic and international orders*.
2. Original tags must remain attached.
3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging

* No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange or return (this includes any tanning marks)

• Please note - regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on SALE, DISCOUNTED PROMOTIONAL ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED IN A BUY ONE GET ONE HALF PRICE OFFER This applies to both Australian and International orders. (This does not affect your statutory rights to receive a refund for faulty items). However, a store Credit is available on Sale and Promotional items

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please email customerservice@dharmabums.com.au to inform us of what items you would like to return. We will then provide you with the details of where to send your returns to.

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - within Australia

1. Ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn as per the conditions above
2. Send the item back to us by Registered Post with a tracking number. Please ensure you hold on to the tracking number to ensure a safe return. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items.
3. Included the following items in your satchel:
           ·         The items you wish to return/exchange
           ·         The Dharma Bums invoice

Please let us know the reason for your return, there is a section on the invoice for this. This will not affect the refund or return in anyway. Your feedback simply helps us make a better product.  The returns slip is at the bottom of your invoice. 

Once your package is received by Dharma Bums your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days. If you want an exchange the postage back to you via registered post is FREE, except when the items you purchased in sale or a promotional offer when you will be expected to pay for postage.

Refunds will be made to the credit card or Paypal account which was used to purchase your Dharma Bums items.

Refunds are given on full priced garments only and exclude any shipping charges incurred by the customer on the original order or the return. Shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds.

Please note Dharma Bums cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit, so keep the tracking number safe!  

HOW TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE - for International orders

Please note Dharma Bums does not offer free International returns or exchanges. If you wish to return an item for a refund, the shipping cost shall be deducted from your refund.

If you would like to exchange an item, the shipping costs are not covered by Dharma Bums.  Any packages sent must have a valid international tracking number. 

Dharma Bums cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.

Please remember to indicate on the package that the items are intended “for exchange”. Without such notice, the package is at risk of attracting additional customs duties and taxes.

Please note - if you wish to make an exchange we are happy to do so as long as the stock is available. If the stock is not available, a credit note or refund will be offered as an alternative.

REFUNDS:

If we are unable to deliver the item you ordered, the item is faulty/damaged or the item is not what you ordered, we will gladly refund you for the total amount of your order.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Dharma Bums, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the product for your account to be credited.

Printed Legging Fit Guide

We understand Dharma Bums come in all different shapes and sizes. To ensure we cater for as many as possible we have introduced a new fit on our printed leggings. It has a higher more supportive waistband that offers a medium to firm hold. Don’t worry we have not dropped the original fit, we know you love these! We are offering you a choice that best suits your body. No matter what you shape or preference we have you covered!

What product is the length alteration service available on?

Currently the service is only available on Printed Leggings.

What lengths can I get my leggings altered to?

You can get your leggings shortened to the following lengths:

• Full length (27”) to a 7/8 Length (23.5”) or to a Crop Length (17”)
• 7/8 length (23.5”) to a Crop Length (17”)

How much is your alterations service?

The cost of getting your Dharma Bums altered is $5.95 (AUD) for each pair.

Am I able to return or exchange leggings I have had altered?

There are no exchanges or refunds available once you have had them altered. Make sure you are absolutely happy with your purchase before you use this service.

Is the service available in the UK site?

Currently the service is only available on leggings purchased from the Australian site.

Can I get my leggings altered if I have purchased them from another retail outlet?

The service is only available on garment purchased through Dharma Bums' Australian website.

How long will it take for my leggings to be altered?

We ask that you allow an extra five business days for your delivery on all altered leggings.

How do I request my leggings to be shortened?

Simply add the items to your basket and at checkout you will be given the option to shorten any product in your basket that the service is available for. Follow the 5 Steps to Perfection listed below
